MONDAY-THURSDAY JULY 24-27: 8-4pm: LINE CAMP AT BERRY MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM
             Thursday evening is SHOWOFFS at BERRY MS GYM 

MONDAY-THURSDAY: JULY 31-AUGUST 3: 8-11am: WORK WEEK AT BERRY MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM AND FIELD 
             Check off in the GYM each day

NOTE: notice that we WILL be practicing on the field which means you will need to bring a lot of WATER.

Hello ladies I hope you had a wonderful break and that you had plenty of rest! Time to get back at it! 

Here are just a couple of reminders for this week


TUESDAY: please arrive to practice ON TIME and ready to get right back to it! 7am SHARP in the Gym. 
Please have your TUESDAY ATTIRE along with your binders - you will be given your new semester calendars. 
Please remember that your competition money is due FRIDAY - check the "contest" tab if you need a quick reminder for costs

This week we will be focusing on our team POM dance - please review this dance!!! 

TOMORROW:

Check off at 8:15am SHARP do NOT be late - you will be checking off for everything for that entire day!

You will be released at 1pm, check off at 1:20 and depart at 1:30pm 

Please TRIPLE check your belongings. You do NOT need your entire wardrobe please only bring your garment bag and stand bag. We need to save as much room as possible on the bus. 

Remember to bring a snack for the bus on the way there and then  meal money for food at the mall. Depending on what time you get there will depend how how long you have at the mall and be sure to STAY ON TIME. Do NOT run late.

Ok ladies we are about to get really busy so we are going to be sure to be on top of everything. I am going to go ahead and give you our weekly schedule for this week:

TUESDAY:
FIELD PRACTICE: 6:50am - 8:10 - we will work outside quickly
When we come back seniors you will have the oportunity to work for a few minutes upstairs
we will ALL meet back to start Holiday Finale
Bring one case of water
4:30-6:30pm in the cafeteria

WEDNESDAY:
depending on our practice on Tuesday will depend on our practice for Wednesday. If it looks great tomorrow we will not go to the field and we will work inside. We will work on Pep Rally and finish Holiday Finale.

THURSDAY:
Band practice in the morning then tutoring at 8am please communicate with your teachers, we are getting close to the end of the six weeks.
We will run through all dances

FRIDAY:
Practice outside (hopefully only needing to run it once then go back inside; that's up to you)
We will go through ALL dances that have been learned so far.
SENIOR pep rally day
SENIOR NIGHT - all details will be posted on Wednesday.


PLEASE review holiday hip hop and elite - we are trying out for those dances soon.
HOLIDAY HIP HOP try out is next week and Elite is the week after.

Lets stay motivated for we are going to be very busy before thanksgiving break!

Here is the schedule for tomorrow:

Meet AT Memorial at 7:30am - do NOT be late; wear your school attire we should be back at the school around 9:15am - make sure you have a way of getting back.
When we come back to the school EVERYONE MUST MEET IN THE DANCE ROOM

You may wear your homecoming shirt to school tomorrow!

PEP RALLY: you WILL be checked off in the morning for your pep rally gear:
